I am govt employee and my net salaries Rs.25000/- pm. I am buildup house in delhi provisionally authorised coloney janakipuri and my house cost approximate 30 to 35 lakhs.

My house only on registered power of atorny. I want LAP rupees 10 lakhs. Kindly adviced me can I apply any bank to provide me LAP.
