Query: Hi,
I have a car loan for 4lakhs , my EMI per month is 9860. Its for 4years.
Now i want to apply for home loan, the property cost is 60lakhs. can i get 50 lakhs loan? Also my husband is earning,but he has bad credit history,came to know when he applied for car loan. Now if i put him as co applicant for home loan will bank reject the loan? my credit history is perfect ..no problem with that.pls advice
