Query: Hello Sir,
My Father took a loan against the property in a bank for Business use. Suddenly due to illness, he passed away. We will not be able to pay the full amount right now. EMI is 60000Rs and pending amount is around 30 Lakhs.. What can be done?? is it possible to reduce the amount & pay for getting our document?

You need to the approach to the bank from where your father took this loan.Ask them to increase the loan tenure so that the emi would be less.
