Query: I have not paid 4 EMI's of the bank due to some personal reasons and they have been contacted me about the same but I am unable to do. They told me to pay 1 installment and they rate of Interest will be change to 8%. If i settle the loan with them are they still going to put my name in CIBIL. And I am sure they might have done it.
More I want to know that what else they are going to do as I also received a call from their legal department. And to tell you that I have already paid 14 installment of INR 14950.

And can you assist me that How can I know about my score in CIBIL.

Once a settlement is done , your name reflects in the CIBIL report. The CIBIL report is very confidential hence we are not aware of the details. This information is given only to the banks. You could probably approach the bankers you are dealing with and they should be able to give information on the score.Regulate your payments , so that your credit worthiness does not get affected.
