I am having mutual funds invested 41000/-(as per present nav28000/-) and investing every month rs.500/- as sip for 24 months out of which 12 months completed.Having two ulip policies with icici pru life (25 months completed) tenure 10 years(monthly premium1400/-. Having gold 10 thulas. Having fixed assets 2 buildings value 45lakhs(market value). 6 lic policies (2 self 2 spouse and 2 in childrens name) Out of 6 policies 3 are under loan and 1 is moneyback policy. I am receiving 3500/- as rental income.

You have an option of mortgaging your assets , and use the funds to first close your private loan which is at 48% and then clear your card dues which are typically at 36%.
