Query: If I take Home loan of Rs 28 Lac and repayment period is 20 years. After 3 years I want to close my loan. My query is
1) Rest amount calculated is based on 28 lac for 3 years?
2) or they will consider rest principle amount?

In any case if you want to pre close your Home Loan, then there will be pre closure charge( that vary from Bank to Bank .
The charges will be applicable on principle outstanding.
