Query: Sir,

I have listed my loan details. Pls help me out. Im currently paying close to 17K towards my EMI's. I would like to opt for a consolidated loan at a lower rate of interest.

Also, let me know if the topping of any of these loans would be beneficial to close them at the earliest.

Dear

On the basis of the details provided here, a Top Up on your Car Loan is possible. You should try to take Top Up on this loan and with the funds you can close your Personal loan.

Please revert with any clarifications on the above answer.

Thanks.

I have the following few questions too.

My initial EMI amt was 6.5 K for home loan for 20 yrs. Floating int. Now ICICI is collecting 8200 and tenure has increased to close to 40 yrs. My problem would be to repay such huge amt for a longer period.

So if i now top up my Car loan along with this, it would either increase my existing EMI or the tenure period.

So i want to know if there is a possibility of combining all the 3 loans and repaying at a faster pace with lower ROI. Pls assist.
