Query: I am bearing the home loan of HDFC on amount 800000 (8 Lakh) I have cleared almost more than 2 Lakh, another loan of housing is with Co-operative Bank and the amount is (8Lakh), I want to get rid of all these loan by having only one SBI loan, so how can I have it? My wife and I are both working. The first loan is against property and the other loan is also against property. Please help me out.

Dear
After paying 12 emi's on each loan you can transfer you existing loan to some other Bank.But before going for the same,you need to check that what will be rate of interest that the Bank will charge, what will be the processing fee and how much will be the prepayment charges while transferring this loan.
