You can take a top up on your second Personal Loan,according to the information provided here you can take a top up upto 1lac.
Try to pay your Credit Card outstanding firstly as you must be paying a high interest on that.
Please regulate your expenses and get into a habit of saving a portion of your salary every month.
Prudence in expenses is the only trick.

I am not able to get a Top up loan for any. Saving a portion of my salary is impossible. could anything else be done?
I was thinkin if I could get a loan consolidating whatever debt I have I could be much more free in terms of saving money. any other suggestions?
