Query : I am on 13 variable home loan rate my tenure is increased from 240 months to 477 months and same is my emi what should i do?

You have an option of approaching the bank & change either the tenure keeping the EMI constant or vice versa. Since it is a variable interest rate depending on the existing rates it will fluctuate.
