Query : Dear amitoj, kindly help out me to solve the following query: am hvg loan amt. 1.5 lakh P L from a pvt. bank and 60000 k on credit card from the same bank, and also hvg. 55000k from relatives. which i am repaying it from my monthly salary , can i get a fresh loan of sum of rs. 2.5 lakh from a bank so i can pay only one installment to the one borrower. thanks with regards.

2) personnel loan against credit card

my net income is inr rs. 15600 /-

Your total emi commitment should not exceed 50-60% of your net monthly income.Banks normally check this criteria before sanctioning a loan.However you can try & apply for a loan to clear off your other dues.Also another option would be if you have any assets , you can mortgage the same & clear your dues.
