Sir,

Also, I have to apy Rs. 10,000/- towards family expenses to my mother as we stay in joint family. Me and wife spend around 3000-4000 rupees on ourselves. I am falling short of almost 15000 rupees every month since last 5 months. I am managing my finances by taking hand loans from my friends and relatives.

My total debt would come up to 500000 including everything. I have savings of about 40000.Also, I am 31000 towards life insurance policies of self and mu wife.

I am not sure how to take things forward as time is progressing it is becomming difficult for me to manage.

Your monthly net take home is Rs. 37,000(including quarterly allowances)
Your monthly EMI commitments is Rs. 20,370 (assuming 5 % payment on credit card balance)

Based on the data provided, your eligibility for top-ups is as listed below

Principal Tenure Rate of Interest EMI EMIs Paid Principal Balance Top-up Available
Loan 1 70000 49 23.25% 2225.230606 42 14436.33512 55563.66488
Loan 2 50000 48 16.00% 1417.01404 42 8119.015273 41880.98473
Loan 3 25000 48 53.50% 1271.244213 22 19340.368 5659.632004
Loan 4 190000 36 16.01% 6680.774349 19 101015.4166 88984.58337

My recommendation to you is as follows

a. Opt for a top-up on loan 4. This should generate liquid cash to the extent of Rs.88,000 without any change in your monthly outgo, but your tenure will increase.
b. If the loan provider is able to offer a top-up with an enhancement, please take up the offer. There will be an increase in the EMI in this case.
c. Use the Rs. 88,000 to pay off card debts as these are typically at 36 %.
d. This should bring down your monthly EMI commitments by about Rs. 15,970
e. Use your cards sensibly and pay the full amount due at the end of every billing cycle.

You should ensure that all additional income is ploughed back to ensure that your debt is reduced. Please regulate your expenses and get into a habit of saving a portion of your salary every month. Prudence in expenses is the only trick to stay out of debt traps.

Sir,

I have tried to get a top loan from ICICI Bank on the loan number 4 however it is declined.

I have tried getting a loan from almost all the banks however the file is getting declined.

The main reasons for my files getting rejected as follows:
1> Check bounces reflecting in almost all the loans. In the loan number 3 & 4, there are only 4 ( 2 in each) check bounces in the last 22 and 19 months.
2> The settlements reflecting in CIBILL.

I am completely lost and have no clue as to how should I go about with the above mentioned recommendations as no financial institution is ready to give me a loan.

Each passing day is becoming an additional burden on me.

Please advice and help.

I would then suggest, you should then try and cut down on expenses & get some more supplementary income to improve your cash flow. You could ask your family members to help you in this.
Try regulating your payments this will help improve your credit worthiness.
