I would suggest you mortgage your gold which would be at around 9% and clear off your card dues first. Since on the card you are paying 36% interest.

This would bring down your emi & you would have some savings.Also try and make full payments on your credit card.

You could approach the bank where you have an account. Or else any natioanlised banks like SBI, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, UBI , DCB bank & Corporation banks.

Please check out with other banks also & compare the rates then only apply for the loan. try approaching nationalised bank they could be cheaper.
