Query : I have taken a personal loan of Rs.30,000/- amd am paying regular EMI of Rs.1409/-.. I wish to know how to settle the loan in single amount... pls help.

If you have funds to fore close the loan, then you need to approach your bank & they will give you a full & final amount which could include some amount of charges.contact your bank they will help you out.
