Want to clear off my two wheeler loan

Query : Hi
I have taken a Bike loan from ICICI bank,Loan Amt = 37000/-, Down Payments = 6435/-, Emi = 1287, ROI = 19.08, Tenor = 31Months, No.Of Emi Paid = 9, Start Date = 5/09/2007, end date = 5/03/2010.
I am thinking that I am trapped in this, How can I get rid of this

Query : Sir,
I used to hold the credit card of HDFC and CITI BANK,due to some issue we went for settlement with each of these banks.
I had a full and final settlement letter from CITI BANK and an agreement letter from HDFC for the final amount settled.
Recently i applied for personal loan with ICICI and subsequently with CITI BANK,I was told that the status in the cibil is shown as WRITE OFF with each of these bank.
