Query : how can I convert debt on credit card into equal EMI for three years.

You can convert your outstanding on your credit card into EMI's. What you need to do is contact the bank from where you hold the card & they will give the option of EMI's. Once you get the EMI make sure the interest is less than what you paying right on your card.
Can I pay back my card dues by taking a loan?
